WEBSITE REDESIGN to update the layout, design, and content to showcase the law firm while being functional, user-friendly, and professional looking. The website was redesigned using the original WordPress template but modified by adding current photos and content, and simplifying the design. It was necessary to handcode some pages and content using HTML and CSS for better control of the design. All changes were documented and shared with the staff for ongoing maintenance on their part.

SHAREPOINT: Internal Microsoft Site

CONTENT MANAGEMENT DESIGN & DEVELOPMENT. Directed international team in the conversion of a content resource management site from SharePoint 2010 to 2013 resulting in a group collaboration and workflow management tool for a worldwide audience of over 1500. This included icon and site designs, inline hand coded HTML and CSS, complex formulas and scripting, live hands on training, and detailed documentation.

TECHNICAL: Budget Data Analysis

Designed EXCEL SPREADSHEETS of financial reporting of budget data to allow for an overall view of expenses versus budget as well as detailed views in easy to access, searchable, readable spreadsheets. This project enabled a consolidated view of spend versus budget at the organizational level, produced templates that pulled data from multiple internal sources to allow for summary viewing resulting in efficient data analysis from the top down. This was adapted for use by numerous teams across Microsoft.

TECHNICAL: Social Application

For a team morale event during the Xbox 360 release, this design template was created for displaying individual information as a way to get to know the team. Multiple software applications were used for quick data input, retrieval, and merging to allow for an interactive solution removing the need for manual manipulation of the information and design resulting in quick delivery for a large number of participants.
